Main features of our SHL 35t/H Boiler

This kind of boiler is horizontal, 2 steam-drum, natural circling water tube boiler
with a chain-grated stoker. The SHL 35t/h Boiler has 2 series, one is the saturated
steam boiler, the other is the superheated steam boiler. The saturated steam
boiler could supply the industrial steam to the industrial enterprise and also
the domestic steam to the living area. The superheated steam boiler could provide
the steam to the 5 MW turbine generator.

The designed boiler-using coal type is II level bitumite. The 7.9 meter chain-grate
stoker is installed regarding such coal type. The front arch and the back arch
are covered with fire-resistant material in order to lessen the surface caloric
receptivity and form the high temperature zone, which could help the coal of relatively
bad quality fire up and get forced combustion. Air comes from both sides
of the stoker in order to guarantee the coal layer could receive even ventilation.
The upper steam drum has air-water separator ,overflow groove, and continuous
sewer in order to guarantee the good steam quality.

The super heater is vertical. The economizer is the type of steel pipe ,and there
is one recirculation system to protect the economizer. 2 groups of preheaters are
below the back flue gas well. Air is from below to the above.

The boiler wall is heavy-duty wall , the front wall and the head have installed the
protection board.

This kind of boiler could supply good burning condition, which could make the coal
easily fired. Together with the good dust remover, the boiler could reach good
flue gas prevention and dust control result. Moreover, it is easy to operate, of
reach overloading space, and of low labor intensity.
