Main Features of 29MW Hot Water Boiler:
This boiler has 3 vertical steam drums and a chain-grate stoker. The boiler body
is composed of arch tube-sheet, threaded smoke pipe, Ba Zi smoke flue and catchment.
The designed available coal type should be II type bitumite. The boiler uses
8.5 meter chain-grate stoker, which reaches 65% coverage, and 12 back rake ;
Air comes from both sides of the stoker in order to guarantee the coal layer could
receive even ventilation. The blower pushes cool air into the air preheating
machine , then the preheated air will, through the hot air flue on both sides of
the boiler and the air inlet pipes of the stoker , be divided to 2 flows , and
separately ascend to the boiler furnace.
The original flue gas emission concentration could satisfy the national standard
for the reason that the boiler has installed the threaded smoke pipe. This boiler
has strong power, 10% override ability, high thermal efficiency, its operation
efficiency could reach 81% so that it is a minimal polluted ,high effective and
energy conserved product.
